Central Jersey Alumnae Foundation Mission: The mission of the CJA Foundation is to provide charitable, educational, cultural, scientific and social programs and scholarships for the betterment of the African American youth and adults who live work and reside primarily in, but not limited to Middlesex, Somerset and Union counties in New Jersey.
